Broken Bay Ballroom (Ettalong Beach Club)

Ettalong Beach Club's purpose built beachside facilities can elevate your next conference to a new level. The team at Ettalong Beach Club can help you with an event of any size from 10 to 900 attendees. You can have the choice of one large plenary or four smaller rooms and the Peninsula Lobby is a wonderful exhibition space.

From conference and trade displays to a cocktail function or gala dinner, Ettalong Beach Club's event managers will prove the only thing they overlook is the beach. In fact, it's a spectacular, sweeping seascape over Broken Bay and Long Island to Palm Beach in the far distance. So when the day is done and your conference has been a huge success, take a few moments to enjoy the longest view.

Boardroom (Ettalong Beach Club)

The Ettalong Beach Club Boardroom can be set up in U Shape for 18 or Board Table of 12 delegates making it the ideal space for important business discussions and features a data projector.

Penthouse (Mantra Ettalong Beach)

Our Penthouse offers a unique experience for executives. With 180 degree views across the Ettalong waterways and Lion Island, this venue creates an impressive atmosphere. There's plenty of seating with the space containing lounges tables and chairs accommodating up to 20 delegates. There is also a boardroom style table which seats up to 10 delegates. The balcony, gourmet kitchen and three beautifully appointed spacious bedrooms, each with their own bathroom completes this magnificent penthouse.
